Meet Gabi!

Growing up, I have always loved to create art. Coming from a family with creative parents, we always were painting, drawing, DIY-ing our house, and of course loved art classes in school and woking with all types of mediums.

But, I never took formal art classes until college, when I started to study Graphic Design. My experience with calligraphy started from my freshman year of high school, when I began to get into Instagram. Here, I was able so see so much art in a new way, and one type of art I loved was calligraphy. 

​

I began to doodle words during my classes like "calculus" and "mitochondria" and all these fun words to practice calligraphy for fun. Soon enough, I began to love it, and practice at home for fun while studying!

After this, I realized this is something I love to do, and began making cards, gifts, and signs for friends and family. These were just for fun, and I had no intention of starting a business until a friend decided to hire me for a graduation party working with chalk. After this party, I realized this is something that I love to do. Which is where the idea fo Gabi's Graphics formed.

Gabi's Graphics was formally established in 2021, and I am so excited to continue making art though this outlet! 

​

My work consists of primarily chalk art for parties, showers, weddings, and other events. But, I also love experimenting with other mediums and am beginning to create "permanent signage" 

​

My slogan is: "YOU think it, I create it!" and truly I would love to make this happen!
